Standard outpatient procedures are generally covered by medical insurance policies. Procedures that are not covered by insurance will require full payment at the time of registration.At the time of registration, we will collect any deductibles or co-pays. For your convenience, VISA, MasterCard and personal checks will be accepted. For specific information regarding your financial responsibility please call our Insurance Verification Department at 954-571-2350.
Your physician and anesthesiologist fees, as well as any pathology or laboratory studies, are processed separately by the individual service providers.
The ParkCreek Surgery Center hopes to work with a variety of health plans in helping them provide services to their members. We are working with officials from insurance plans and managed care plans across South Florida. By the time of our opening, we hope to be on contract with the following organizations:
