Affiliated Facilities

The ParkCreek Surgery Center is affiliated with Delray Ambulatory Surgical & Laser Center (“DASLC”), located in Delray Beach, Florida. While separate companies, the ParkCreek and DASLC staffs collaborate to improve patient care and medical staff services. Since its predessor’s original founding in 1995, the DASLC facility has become one of the leading opthalmolgic surgical centers in Palm Beach County and has treated over 40,000 patients to date.
