DIRECTIONS
Map of 6806 N State Road 7 Coconut Creek, FL 33073-4304, US The ParkCreek Surgery Center is only a short drive from many points in North Broward and South Palm Beach counties. ParkCreek is conveniently located on the southeast corner of North State Road 7 / Route 441 and Hillsboro Road.
The Center is easy to reach from major roadways and popular directions are provided below for your convenience. We encourage you to check a map beforehand.
Please consider leaving a little early since the roads can get congested with local construction and traffic at all hours of the day.
From INTERSTATE 95 Exit # 42B --Hillsboro Road
Take Hillsboro Road and head west for approximately 4.5 miles.
You will cross through the intersections for Powerline Road and Lyons Road / NW 46th Avenue.
At Hillsboro Road, turn left onto North State Road 7 / Route 441. The Surgery Center is on the left hand side of the road in the Carl’s Furniture shopping plaza.
If you see either Johnson Road or end up on Hillsboro Canal Road you have gone a bit too far and will need to turn around.
From FLORIDA ROUTE 869 – SAWGRASS EXPRESSWAY
Take the exit for North State Road 7 / Route 441 North. You will head north for approximately one mile.
Shortly after passing Johnson Road and a BP gas station, you will turn right into the parking lot for Carl’s Furniture shopping plaza. The Surgery Center is to the right side of Carl’s Furniture.
If you reach Hillsboro Road you have gone a bit too far and will need to turn around.
From FLORIDA’S TURNPIKE – FL-91
Take the Turnpike to the exit for the Sawgrass Expressway –Route 869. Head west for approximately 1.75 miles.
Take the exit for North State Road 7 / Route 441 North. You will head north for approximately one mile.
Shortly after passing Johnson Road and a BP gas station, you will turn right into the parking lot for Carl’s Furniture shopping plaza. The Surgery Center is to the right side of Carl’s Furniture.
If you reach Hillsboro Road you have gone a bit too far and will need to turn around.
